1. OUR APPROACH TO QUALITY: 1.69% RETURN RATE IN 2026

In 2026, Lomalab recorded a return rate of just 1.69%.

For us, this figure is more than just a statistic. It reflects the work and attention that go into every single garment before it reaches the customer.

Lomalab operates through a 100% in-house Italian production supply chain, allowing us to maintain direct control over every stage of the process: from product development and cutting to garment construction, finishing and final quality checks.

Our approach is based on:

• Made in Italy production
• Careful selection of fabrics and materials
• Continuous development and testing of our fits
• Attention to construction, stitching and finishing
• Direct control throughout the different stages of production
• Quality checks before each order is prepared for shipment
• Detailed product and sizing information to help customers make a more informed choice before purchasing

Many of our garments are also produced using the Just in Time method. Instead of manufacturing large quantities in advance without knowing whether they will actually be sold, we aim to align production as closely as possible with real demand.

This approach allows us to focus more closely on the quality of each individual garment, reduce overproduction and maintain greater control over what we create.

Producing less, but producing better, means preventing waste before it is even created. Every unnecessary garment requires fabrics, energy, manufacturing, packaging and transportation that could otherwise have been avoided. Reducing overproduction means limiting the accumulation of unwanted clothing and reducing the resources involved throughout the production process.

We believe change depends on both those who produce and those who purchase. Choosing consciously, buying what you genuinely intend to wear and selecting garments designed to last over time can help reduce unnecessary consumption and waste.

Behind every Lomalab product there is therefore much more than fabric and manufacturing: there is development, testing, craftsmanship, quality control and an entire Italian production process designed to create garments that are consciously chosen and made to be worn over time.

A low return rate also means fewer unnecessary shipments, less packaging and fewer additional movements caused by products travelling back and forth.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason and without penalty. How to exercise the right of withdrawal The “Submit a Return” function is available in the footer of our website. Once you have entered the email address used to place the order, you will be able to select the relevant order, item and quantity you wish to return. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed by our team. Shipping the return After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to ship the goods to the return address that will be communicated to you by email. Products must be returned:

• Intact, unused and unwashed
• With all original tags attached
• In their original packaging
• Including any accessories originally supplied

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Refund Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase and without additional costs. Lomalab reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have actually been received. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to measure or personalised
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery

3. EXCHANGES AND EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Lomalab offers the following additional options. Size or colour exchange Within 14 days of delivery, you may request a size or colour exchange by writing to customerservice@lomalab.store with the subject: “Size Exchange + [Order Number]” Please specify which product you wish to exchange and the new size or colour required. All exchanges are subject to product availability. Return with voucher As an alternative to a refund, you may request a voucher worth 110% of the amount originally paid, valid for 12 months and redeemable on future purchases from our store. For example, for a purchase of €100.00, you will receive a voucher worth €110.00. To request this option, write to customerservice@lomalab.store with the subject: “Voucher + [Order Number]” Shipping costs for exchanges and returns made in exchange for a voucher are at the customer’s expense.

4. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@lomalab.store, attaching clear photographs showing the issue. We will assess the request and arrange the appropriate solution, including free replacement where applicable, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. The legal guarantee of conformity remains valid for 24 months, in accordance with applicable law.

The celebration of a “slow” model where time is respected: our contribution to the creation of conscious clothing. The adoption of the “Just in Time” production model allows us to drastically reduce environmental impact through a careful and targeted approach. Each garment is created on demand through a meticulous and artisanal supply chain. The result is a Made in Italy, custom-made product, friendly to both time and the environment. This approach ensures that we produce only what is needed, when it is needed and in the exact quantity required.
