FAQ
Why do you make each piece only after it's ordered?
So nothing goes to waste. Every piece made just in case is fabric that may sit unsold and be thrown away. We cut fabric only for a piece that already has someone to wear it: no overproduction, no warehouse to clear with sales.
A few weeks of waiting is the price of this choice, and it's why we tell you upfront how long it takes.
How long do I wait?
We make your piece after you order it: we cut and sew it in our workshop in Italy. Order today and your piece will be made within 20 days of production, then shipped.
In busier periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, it can take up to 5 extra working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 72 hours of payment. After that, production of your piece starts and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Which size should I take?
Every product page has a size chart with the garment laid flat. Tees and hoodies have a boxy fit. A piece may measure a few centimetres more than the chart, to balance shrinkage after the first washes. If in doubt, message us on Instagram.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Request a return from the returns page in the footer; to change size or colour, write to customerservice@lomalab.store. Instead of a refund you can ask for a 110% voucher, valid for 12 months.
Return and exchange shipping is at your expense. Personalised pieces cannot be returned.
How much is shipping?
You see it at checkout before paying: it depends on weight, volume and country. Outside the European Union, customs duties may be charged to the recipient.
