RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason and without penalty.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The "Submit a return" function is available in the footer.
Once you have entered the email address used to place the order, you can select the order, the item and the quantity of products to return.
Once the request has been completed, it will be processed by our team.
Shipping the return
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to ship the goods to the address that will be communicated to you by email.
Products must be returned:
- Intact, unused, unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Including any accessories
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refund
Once the goods have been received and inspected, you will receive a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, with no additional costs.
Lomalab reserves the right to withhold the refund until actual receipt of the returned products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (art. 59 Consumer Code)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products made to measure or personalised
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery
2. EXCHANGES AND EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
In addition to the right of withdrawal, Lomalab offers the following additional options:
Size / colour exchange
Within 14 days of delivery, you may request a size or colour exchange by writing to customerservice@lomalab.store with the subject "Size exchange + [order number]", specifying which products and which size you would like.
The exchange is subject to product availability.
Return with voucher
As an alternative to a refund, you may request a voucher worth 110% of the amount paid, valid for 12 months for future purchases on our store. For example, for a purchase of €100.00, you will receive a voucher worth €110.00. To request it, write to customerservice@lomalab.store with the subject "Voucher + [order number]".
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns with voucher are at the customer's expense.
3. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
In the event of defective, damaged or non-conforming products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@lomalab.store attaching photos of the defect.
We will arrange for the free replacement of the product, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity (arts. 128-135 Consumer Code, 24 months).
