Payment
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We accept payment only after the order is shipped. We also accept payment through PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these methods, you will be directed to the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you will be prompted to log in and process your payment. Once the transaction is complete, you will be directed back to our merchant website.
We aim to process refunds within three days of returning the item. However, your bank may take several days to process the payment to your account. Therefore, please allow up to ten business days after you return the item to us before we contact you for a refund. We will contact you by e-mail to let you know that the refund has been processed.
Orders and shipping
Confirmation is automatically sent to your e-mail address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact lomalab.info@gmail.com in case there is a problem with your order. Before contacting the company, check the spam or junk mail folder of your e-mail inbox in case your order confirmation was diverted there.
It is possible to modify your order.

Each order is designed and made for you using the just in time method celebrating patience as a virtue. We aim to drastically reduce manufacturing cutoffs by producing only what is needed. The waiting times vary from 20 to 30 business days. During busy periods, where we receive a higher demand, times may be longer than expected.
We ship to most countries in the world.
Shipping costs depend on the country of destination. Please refer to the following table for prices :
- ITALY - express 2-3 working days - SHIPPING 4.99 €.
- EUROPE - express 4-5 working days - 10 €
- WORLDWIDE - international 6-7 working days - costs calculated at checkout
In your delivery confirmation emails, you will receive a tracking reference that you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Returns
Exchanges or returns are not possible.
Since we produce garments only after receiving an order, we do not have stock in our warehouse. Each garment is tailor-made according to order specifications. This system allows us to optimize costs and reduce waste, offering high quality products at competitive prices. However, it also involves the need to produce exactly the number of items ordered by customers, with no surplus.
In case your order arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the product in question and email our customer service department lomalab.info@gmail.com with details. We will respond within 48 hours. We will then arrange to send you a new product. You can make your request no later than 14 days after receipt.
